Announcement of the Cyprus Agricultural Payments Agency (CAA) regarding Measure 1 of the Voluntary Coupled Support for Sheep and Goats (VCS)

The first day for submission of applications has been set as 11 April 2022 and the last day for submission of applications without penalty has been set as 29 April 2022.

Eligibility:

► Eligible livestock holdings are only those breeding units which have carried out an inventory in the period 31/01/2022 - 10/03/2022.

The carrying out of censuses using a scanner is an eligibility criterion in the MSA for those holdings where on the census date, according to the computerised database of the CAs, the livestock population on the holding is 100 or more animals .

► Eligible animals are the female animals of breeding age seven (7) months and over that were registered in the Central IRSC Database of the Veterinary Services of the Republic on 31 January 2022.

► Eligible for participation in Measure 1 are holdings which have delivered to approved dairy farms or producer groups or other establishments/entities approved by the Competent Authority, more than ten tonnes (10300Lt) of milk for the period 01/01/2021 to 31/12/2021.
