The Department of the Registrar of Companies and Intellectual Property, following its announcement dated 31 January 2024, informs that the process of refunding the fees paid from 01/01/2024 - 16/01/2024 in relation to the Register of Beneficial Owners has been completed. The refund has been made directly to the account of the card with which the original payment was made.
It is reminded that from 1 April 2024 non-compliance will result in the imposition of administrative and other sanctions, in accordance with the provisions of the Law on the Prevention and Combating of Money Laundering and Illegal Activities Prevention and Combating of Money Laundering, and of the KPI112/21, as amended and in force.
