Based on the recommendations of the Meteorological Service and the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Education, Sports and Youth announces that, next Friday 14/06/2024, a day on which particularly high temperatures are forecast, classes in all primary schools (primary schools, kindergartens, special schools) will be suspended at 10:00 a.m:45 π.μ. Therefore, at this time, parents/guardians are requested to ensure the safe collection of their children.
It is stressed that parents/guardians who wish to leave their children at home on this day may do so. Children's absences will be considered excused.
Optional Day Schools will not operate on this day.
