The Directorate of Higher Education of the Ministry of Education, Culture, Sports and Youth (YSPAN) has proceeded to advertise the tender DHE 17-21 entitled "Development of a National Graduate Tracking Mechanism and Design and Implementation of an Employers' Skills Survey" on the eProcurement system in order to find a Contractor to undertake the project, which amounts to €1 300 000 (excluding VAT). Candidate Contractors should submit their proposals in Greek or English no later than 28/03/2022 at https:/www.eprocurement.gov.cy/epps/cft/prepareViewCfTWS.do?resourceId=5205959.
This project is part of the proposal of the MoEPAN in the framework of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan of the Republic of Cyprus (project number 152 - Addressing Skills Mismatch between Education and the Labour Market) and aims to create a National Higher Education Graduates Monitoring Mechanism and in parallel to design and conduct a National Employers' Skill Survey in relation to labour market needs in terms of skills and qualifications. Indicative activities for the implementation of the project are the following: design and conduct of academic research, development of technological infrastructure, management of legal issues related to personal data, dissemination activities, cooperation and communication with stakeholders.
