We are seeking expressions of interest from individuals or Companies that have a building for rent, with a total area of approximately 560 sq.m. (±25%) and parking spaces, in the Nicosia District (Nicosia Municipality, Ayios Dometios Municipality, Strovolos Municipality) to cover the housing needs of the Secretariat of the Cyprus Presidency of the Council of the European Union (EU) 2026.
