The Blood Center of the Ministry of Health invites for submission of a declaration of interest, individuals or Companies that have space for rent in a building in Famagusta District, for the accommodation of the Blood Donation Station of a total area of approximately 330 sq.m. with a deviation of ±15%, which provides easy access to citizens. The rental period is five years, with the right to extend for two further periods of two years, not excluding the possibility, if both parties agree, of long-term rental, hire purchase or purchase. The site must be ready for delivery within approximately two months after the signing of the agreement.
The expression of interest should be addressed to the Director General of the Ministry of Health (1 Prodromou Street and 17 Chilonos Street, Aghios Andreas, 1448 Nicosia) and submitted in a sealed envelope on the 2nd floor of the Ministry of Health, Purchasing and Procurement Directorate File, no later than 10:00 on Monday, 25 September 2023[/B] For information and clarification please call 22605763 (Marilena Athanasiou, Tender Officer, Ministry of Health).
