[PIO] Call for expression of interest for the rental of a building for the District Agricultural Office of Nicosia

The Department of Agriculture, Ministry of Agriculture, Rural Development and Environment, invites expressions of interest from legal or natural persons for the purpose of renting a building to cover the immediate housing needs of the Nicosia District Agricultural Office.

The last deadline for submission of expressions of interest is Friday, 29 September 2023 at 10:00 a.m.

The rental period is for five (5) years with the right of extension by the Lessee (Department of Agriculture) for another two (2) periods of two (2) years each.

The building shall be ready for delivery no later than the end of March 2024 or another schedule to be agreed between the parties.

The space required to house the Nicosia District Agricultural Office shall have an area of at least approximately 650 square meters.
