The Judicial Service, through the Ministry of Justice and Public Order, requests the submission of a declaration of interest from natural or legal persons who have for rent a building in Limassol, licensed as offices, with a total area of 524 sq.m. with ±5% deviation, and parking spaces, for the accommodation of the Limassol Commercial Court Department. The lease term is for a period of 5 years, with the right to extend for a further 5 years, depending on the needs of the Judicial Service. The building will be configured by the Owner in accordance with the building programme of the Commercial Court and Maritime Court, on a schedule to be agreed.

The last day for submission of the Declaration of Interest is 21 March 2022 at 12:00 noon, at the Tender Box of the Ministry of Justice and Public Order, Ave. 125 Athalassa Street, Nicosia.
