The heads of the Legal Service, Mr. George Savvidis and Savvas Angelides, in order to participate in the work of the 17th Meeting of the Consultative Forum of the Prosecutors General and Heads of Criminal Prosecutions of the Member States of the European Union (Eurojust Consultative Forum), which will be convened at Eurojust's headquarters in The Hague on 5 and 6 October 2023.
Based on the agenda, the topics to be discussed by the conferees are as follows, third countries and other international organisations to tackle serious organised crime (EMPACT), and
(3) the challenges faced by EU Member States in relation to environment-related offences.
During their stay, Mr Savvidis and Mr Angelides will have a meeting with the President of Eurojust, Mr Ladislav Hamran.

Eurojust is a European Union Agency for cooperation between Member States in the field of criminal justice, while the Eurojust Consultative Forum, established in 2010, provides a platform for the Prosecutors General and Chief Prosecutors of the EU Member States.
