[PIO] Annual Report 2022 by the European Consumer Centre Cyprus

During 2022, the European Consumer Centre (ECC) Cyprus investigated 533 cross-border consumer complaints and responded to 610 requests for information. Within the framework of its 2022 activities, the CySEC Cyprus, inter alia, participated in television and radio broadcasts to promote the Centre's services and inform consumers on issues of concern to them. Furthermore, it carried out information sessions in schools to inform students about e-commerce.
