1. The Larnaca - Dhekelia coastal road is closed as part of the construction works of the project "Improvement of the Larnaca - Dhekelia Coastal Road, Phase C"

The Larnaca District Engineer's Office, Department of Public Works, Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works announces that, within the framework of the construction works of the project "Improvement of the Larnaca - Dhekelia Coastal Road, Phase C", works will be carried out on the Larnaca - Dhekelia coastal road near the Larnaca Yacht Club in both directions, from 8 September 2023 until 10 December 2023. The road will be closed from the roundabout of the Larnaca Naval Club until the height of Drama Street in Livadia. Traffic will be diverted to Navarinou Street via the Larnaca Naval Club roundabout and Michalakis Karoli, Hellas, Navarinou and Drama Streets in the Municipality of Livadia. Part of Navarino Street, as well as the entire Drama Street will be made one-way. Drivers are advised to be careful.

2. Maintenance works of emergency doors on the central island of the Nicosia - Limassol motorway

The Nicosia District Engineer's Office, Department of Public Works, Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works announces that from Monday 11/9/2023 until Thursday 14/9/2023, between the hours of 21:00 in the evening and 05:00 in the morning of the following day, maintenance work will be carried out on emergency gates on the central island of the Nicosia - Limassol motorway (A1) in both directions, between C.S.P. and the junction with the Nicosia-Larnaca motorway (A2).

During the execution of the works, the express lane will be partially closed for approximately 500 m (in both directions) and traffic will be diverted to the other two lanes.

The Department of Public Works apologizes for the unavoidable inconvenience that will be caused and invites the public to show due understanding and comply with the temporary road signs and the instructions of the Police.
