1. Construction works of a retaining wall and storm water drain in Olympou Street, Platres
The Limassol District Engineer's Office, Public Works Department, Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works announces that, during the period 18/9/2023 - 10/11/2023, between 07:00-15:30, the construction of a retaining wall and storm water drain will be carried out by a private contractor company on a section of Olympou Street in Platres.
During the time the works are being carried out, the following regulations will apply.
[A](a) During the period 18/9/2023 - 2/10/2023, part of Olympus Road will be closed and traffic will be routed through Spyrou Kyprianou Street and the secondary road network.
During the period 3/10/2023 - 10/11/2023, one of the lanes of Olympou Street will be closed for a length of approximately 120m and traffic will be directed to the adjacent lane, with alternating traffic management with temporary traffic lights.
2. The Limassol District Engineer's Office, Department of Public Works, Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works announces that, during the period 18/9/2023 - 12/12/2023, between 07:00-15:30, construction works of retaining walls and slope excavation will be carried out by a private contractor company on a section of the Limassol - Agros road (E110), near the village of Gerasa.
During the above period one of the two lanes of the road will be closed for a length of 120m.
