The Labour Inspection Department (TEE) of the Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance promoted the criminal prosecution of GREEN DOT CYPRUS - A. TSOULOFTAS J.V,

As a result of the prosecution, the Nicosia District Court convicted GREEN DOT CYPRUS - A. TSOULOFTAS J.V., which is engaged, inter alia, in the collection of recyclable materials, to a total fine of €2,500 for failing to take the necessary measures for the safety and health of its employees who were using the rear skates of a concrete vehicle and were exposed to danger, in breach of the Minimum Safety and Health Standards (Use of Work Equipment at Work) Regulations.
