1. Works on the Nicosia-Lemesos motorway
The Limassol District Engineer's Office, Department of Public Works, Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works, announces that on Saturday, 27/07/2024, and Sunday, 28/07/2024, from 06:00 in the morning until 12:00 noon, sweeping works will be carried out on sections of the Nicosia-Lemesos motorway and the Limassol Parakamptirios Road, from the Mouttayaka exit to the New Limassol Hospital's on-ramp junction, in both directions.
During the execution of the works, the express lane of the Motorway/Parakamptirios Dromos Road will be closed in sections, approximately 200m in one direction only at any given time, and traffic will be diverted to the adjacent lane.
2. Work in Limassol District
The Limassol District Engineer's Office, Department of Public Works, Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works, announces that on Friday 26/07/2024, from 08:30 to 16:00, sweeping works will be carried out on sections of the connecting roads of the roundabouts of the Limassol Bypass Road, from the Yermasogeia exit to the uphill junction of the New Limassol Hospital in both directions.
During the execution of the works, one lane in one direction only will be closed in sections, for a length of approximately 200m, at any given time, and traffic will be diverted to the adjacent lane.
3. Works in Paphos District
The Paphos District Engineer's Office, Public Works Department, Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works, announces that from Monday, 29/07/2024 until Tuesday, 06/08/2024 between the hours of 08:30-15:30, on sections of the A6 Limassol-Pafos motorway, in both directions, over a road length of 1.5-2 km./The Forestry Department will carry out periodic irrigation works at the central dividing island, for a total length of approximately 17.5 km.
During the execution of the works, the express lane will be closed and traffic will be directed to the slow lane.
The Public Works Department apologizes for the unavoidable inconvenience that will be caused and invites the public to show due understanding and comply with the temporary road signs and the instructions of the Police.
