The Productivity Centre, in cooperation with the Pancyprian Volunteer Coordinating Council, is planning to implement training programmes for paid staff, of the volunteers - members of the Boards of Directors and volunteers of Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs) in the framework of the implementation of the Action Plan for the European Year of Skills 2023 entitled "Modern Professional Development for the Green and Digital Transition, Pillar II Provision of Socially Targeted Vocational Learning".

The questionnaire aims to investigate the training needs of the human resources of NGOs. Therefore, the completion of the questionnaire by NGOs is very important in order to record their real training needs and to offer targeted programmes that will help effectively.

The Productivity Centre notes that:

[*]The questionnaire is expected to be answered by the head of each organisation. [*]Training programmes will be offered free of charge and their total duration will range from three to 24 hours, depending on the topic. [*]For longer programmes each session will be approximately three hours.
[*]The training programmes will be conducted in person or online and are expected to start in April/May 2024.

The public is invited to complete the questionnaire by 23 February 2024.

The questionnaire is available on the KEPA website ("Latest announcements").
