The Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance announces that the examination of the requests submitted to the Social Insurance Services, regarding the determination of the insurance category of persons employed under the purchase of services in programmes of the Ministry of Labour and Social Insurance, is in progress and will soon be completed. Subsequently, interested parties will be informed accordingly.
It should be noted that until a decision is made, contributions to the funds administered by the Social Insurance Services should be paid as normal.
It is recalled that for the first quarter of 2023 the deadline for payment of contributions is 10 May 2023 and concerns the period January to March 2023, during which contributions are paid according to the insurance category in which the employees are still included until the possible change of insurance category.
