The Ministry of Defence announces the holding of the Sports and Military Test for the recruitment of Contract Soldiers to the National Guard.
It is emphasized that the invitation for consideration by the Athletic and Military Test Committee does not constitute an acceptance on the part of the Department of Defense that the candidate meets all the qualifications required. The comprehensive examination (excluding the Health Examination, which will be conducted only for those candidate(s) who will be invited to sign an "Employment Contract") and confirmation of the required qualifications will be done at a later stage by the relevant Evaluation Committee.
Candidates are requested to follow the below schedule faithfully to avoid confusion.

(b) Medical certificate and certificate
During the Sports Test and the Military Test, candidates must necessarily present:
- Identity Card
- a recent (not more than 2 months before the date of the start of the Sports and Military Test) medical certificate from a doctor (athletes' Health Card will not be accepted) that they are eligible to participate in these Tests.
If a candidate fails to produce the above documents, he/she will not be allowed to take part in the Sports Test and the Military Test and will be disqualified from the selection procedure.
Please note that the above required attestation is not covered under the GHS, as it is not a health care service.

Note: If a candidate is deemed to have failed any of the above tests, he/she shall be disqualified from all other stages of the procedure.
