The Cyprus Human Resources Development Authority (CDDA) as a legal person governed by public law falls within the scope of the Protection of Persons Reporting Violations of EU and National Law 2022 (L. 6(I)/2022).
In order to comply with the provisions of the Law, ANAD has established an internal reporting channel. The Internal Auditor of the ANAD has been designated as the internal reporting channel.
Therefore, persons who fall within the categories mentioned in the Law if they become aware of any violation of a national rule or violation related to European Union areas within the ANAD may submit their report through the "Safe Complaints Platform".
