The General Accounting Office of the Republic, in the context of the transparency of the State's financial transactions and the provision of financial information to citizens, presents the implementation report of the November 2023 State Budget.

The report has been prepared following the basis of preparation of the State Budget, as passed by the House of Representatives and covers:

1. Aggregate Revenues and Expenditures,
2. Breakdown of Revenues by Major Categories,
3. Implementation of the Expenditure Budget,
4. Breakdown of Implemented Expenditures by Major Categories,
5. Implementation of the Expenditure Budget for the last decade,
6. Implementation of Expenditure budget by function,
7. Breakdown of implemented Expenditure by function,
8. Implementation of Development Expenditure,
9. Breakdown of implemented Development Expenditure by main categories, and
10. Implementation of Development Expenditure budget for the last decade.
