The General Accounting Office of the Republic informs the public that it has piloted the sending by e-mail of the "Payment Details" statement to legal and natural persons receiving payments from the FIMAS accounting system. The electronic sending of the statement will completely replace sending it by mail.
This practice has already been applied to beneficiaries who received a large number of payments in the last 12 months and it is expected to save about 40,000 mailing of statements in the next 12 months.
At the same time, a new web service (portal service) is planned through which all existing service providers/suppliers of goods/project constructors of the state will be able to register their e-mail address An announcement will follow in the coming months when this online service will be available.
