[PIO] Announcement of the Fire Service regarding the conduct of exercises

The Fire Service informs the public that, in the framework of the Firefighter Cadet Training Programme, tomorrow, Wednesday, 27 September 2023, between the hours of 18:00 and 21:00, an exercise "Firefighting of a float in a harbour" will be conducted by the Fire Service Cadet Firefighters School, at the Alaminos fishing shelter.

In addition, on Thursday 28 September 2023, between the hours of 09:00 and 12:00, an exercise "Firefighting and rescue in silo facilities" will be conducted by the Fire Service Cadet Firefighters School, in the SOPAZ area in Nicosia.

It is therefore noted that there will be a mobilisation of fire engines to the areas in question on the above dates and times and there is no cause for public concern whatsoever.
