The National Europass Centre (NEC) Cyprus announces the organisation of the Workshop "Team Dynamics and Personal Responsibility: a creative approach to professional development".
This is a dynamic four (4) hour workshop, which will enable participants to assess and develop important skills such as creativity, challenge management, adaptability, effective communication and teamwork, and to learn about the concepts of personal responsibility, roles and behaviours in the workplace, through methods such as improvisation, drama, pair work and reflection.
The workshop is offered free of charge and will take place on Friday, 24 May 2024, from 09:00 to 13:15 at the Head Office of the Productivity Centre in Nicosia, 77 Kallipolos Avenue in Aglantzia.
