The Department of Taxation announces that, due to changes in the Statements of Withholding of Extraordinary Defence Contribution and GIS Contribution on Dividends (TF603) and Interest (TF602), the January 2024 Statements have not been posted in the TAXISnet system for submission. It is expected that within the next few days they will be ready for submission.
Based on the above, the Tax Commissioner has decided that no administrative penalty will be imposed for the January 2024 Returns, which will be submitted on or before 31 March 2024.
Attention. Payments made after this date will be subject to the penalties and interest prescribed by law.
