The Tax Department informs that, due to technical works that will be carried out at the Famagusta District Office during the dates 11/01/2024 to 16/01/2024, it will not be possible the same-day examination of cases for the issuance of Capital Gains Tax exemption certificates for the transfer of real estate, as the usual procedure.

The service for Real Estate matters during the above dates will take place as usual.
