The Limassol District Engineer's Office, Department of Public Works, Ministry of Transport, Communications and Works informs the public that on Sunday 3/12/2023, between the hours of 07:00-15:00, a private contractor will be carrying out repair/positioning works of the Water Development Department's pipeline on the roadway on Vassiliou George Avenue (Limassol Beach Road), despite its light-controlled junction with Panagiotis Tsangaris Street.
During the execution of the works, the express lane of the Beach Road towards Limassol will be closed for approximately 100 metres, as well as the right-hand lane towards Panagiotis Tsangaris Street, and traffic will be directed to the left-hand lane.
The Department of Public Works apologizes for the unavoidable inconvenience that will be caused and urges the public to demonstrate the necessary understanding and compliance with the temporary road signs and the instructions of the Police.
