New Press Edition - N.270 - Declaration of Transfer of Real Estate according to the Transfer
[/P]and Mortgage of Real Estate Law, no. 9/1965
In the context of direct service to the public, the Department of Cadastre and Land Surveying announces that it has proceeded with the revision of Form N. 270, concerning the Declaration of Transfer of Real Estate, according to the Law on Transfer and Mortgage of Real Estate, no. 9/1965.
As of 2 April 2022, the new Form N. 270 will be issued in A4 format/size and citizens will be able to obtain the above mentioned Form electronically through the Web Portal of the Department of Cadastre and Land Surveying (https:/portal.dls.moi.gov.cy/) and enter electronically all the information required for its completion.
In addition, the new Form N. 270 (A4 format/size) will also be available in hard copy at the local District Land Offices until 31 December 2022 and therefore citizens will have the possibility of completing it manually. From 2 January 2023, only electronic completion of this form will be allowed.
