The Consumer Protection Service informs that in recent days it has received complaints from consumers about Crazy Deals, which operates on the website https:/crazy-deals.gr/. Specifically, consumers complain that they placed orders for products (sports shoes), paid the relevant price, but the products they received did not meet the characteristics of those advertised and their expectations. Furthermore, all their efforts to contact the online business in order to return the products were unsuccessful.
In view of the above, the Consumer Protection Service urges consumers to be particularly careful and avoid transactions with this website or pages with the same name on social media.
On this occasion, the Service reminds consumers that, according to the law, a business that trades via the Internet must provide them with information about the products they have purchased. [/LIST]
Finally, the Service advises consumers that under no circumstances should they make purchases from marketers whose only information they provide is a mobile phone number or an email address.
