The Council of the Licensing Authority announces that based on the provisions of subsection (3) of Article 5 of the Law on the Regulation of Road Transport (Law 9/82), it accepts applications for the granting of a new licence for the use of a rural taxi based in the municipality of Mandria.
The Road User Licence to be granted shall be subject to the following condition.
The Licensing Authority will take into account, in addition to what is required by law, the following. [*]The applicant must hold a Professional Driver's Licence in the category of taxi. [*]The vehicle to be registered must not be more than five (5) years old. [*]A person or entity associated with existing driving licences shall be excluded from the assessment.
Applications may be submitted to the District Office of the Paphos Road Transport Department from 10 March 2022 to 24 March 2022, both dates inclusive.
