The Council of the Licensing Authority announces that, pursuant to the provisions of subsection (3) of Article 5 of the Law on the Regulation of Road Transport (Law No. 9/82), it accepts applications for the granting of a new road licence for a rural taxi based in the municipality of Vasa Kellaki which is required[/I] to serve the neighbouring municipalities of Vasa, Sanidas and Asgata.
The Road Use Licence to be granted shall be subject to the following condition.
The Licensing Authority will take into account, in addition to what is required by law, the following. [*]The applicant must hold a Professional Driver's Licence in the category of taxi.
Applications may be submitted to the District Office of the Larnaca Road Transport Department from Friday, 18 February 2022 to Friday, 4 March 2022, both dates inclusive.
