As part of the Ministry of Health's efforts to better serve citizens for vaccination against COVID-19, the Ministry of Health informs that, has diversified the vaccination schedule and as of Monday, January 17, 2022, citizens will be able to receive the vaccine of their choice at free walk-in vaccination centers or by making an appointment through the Online Vaccination Portal. It is emphasized that, the Ministry of Health has further increased the number of daily appointments.
Specifically:
- Moderna vaccine will be available every Monday at walk-ins
- Every Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday at walk-ins, Pfizer vaccine will be available
- Every Friday at walk-ins, J&J and Moderna vaccines will be available
- Every Saturday at walk-ins, Moderna and Pfizer vaccines will be available
- The AstraZeneca vaccine will be available only every Wednesday at all walk-ins.in or by arranging an appointment
It is stressed that the Linopetra Vaccination Centre will operate only by scheduled appointments (increase in scheduled appointments).
It is recalled that the opening hours of the Vaccination Centres in all provinces are from 8 am to 6 pm, except for the Health Centres in Latchia and Linopetra which operate until 3 pm (Latchia Health Centre serves only children aged 5-11 years).
