The Deputy Ministry of Social Welfare informs the beneficiaries of the monthly Blindness Allowance and the monthly Severe Mobility Disability Allowance of the Department of Social Integration of Persons with Disabilities of the Deputy Ministry that from January 2024, due to the increase in the Consumer Price Index and in accordance with existing legislation, the Blindness Allowance will increase from €361.65 to €374.89 per month and the Severe Mobility Disability Allowance will increase from €386.00 to €400.13. The increases will be added automatically with the January benefit payments and no action is required on the part of the beneficiaries.
