The Cyprus Council of Economy and Competitiveness welcomes the operation of the Central Knowledge Transfer Office of the CFCI which will provide, free of charge, a wide range of knowledge transfer support services to all stakeholders of the national innovation ecosystem. The main contribution of such Offices worldwide is to facilitate the management of intellectual property, promote the commercialisation of innovative ideas and make the results of research available to society.
The operation of the Knowledge Transfer Office in Cyprus is a very important addition to the ever-evolving Cypriot research and innovation ecosystem as it facilitates the development of entrepreneurship and promotes the competitiveness and sustainability of the economy.
