The Consumer Protection Service of the Ministry of Energy, Trade and Industry, as the competent authority in Cyprus for the operation and management of the European System for the Rapid Exchange of Information on Dangerous Non-Food Products and aiming to promote the safety of children in particular, informs consumers that the online shopping website TEMU has posted a list of toys sold on this website that have been recalled, for which, however, Temu does not have a contact list of all consumers who have purchased them and, therefore, it will not be possible to inform them directly.
Here are listed the products that TEMU has recalled.
Consumers can find out about dangerous products and the reasons for their recall on the TEMU website at "Product safety notifications".
The Consumer Protection Agency urges consumers who have purchased these products from TEMU to stop using them immediately and inform themselves through the link above regarding TEMU's policy on recalled products.
