Many passengers have recently received notices about FlyOne schedule adjustments.

A few points that may help you.

1. If you have a change in departure time (in the rules they specify reasonable delay, in the explanations to passengers - 3-4 hours) or the flight was canceled, you have the right to request a 100% refund. No penalties are charged by the company in this case. If you bought your ticket through an agent, the agent will probably take the commission.

2. If you are not satisfied with the changes, you can change your travel dates free of charge, only if the new dates are within +/- 30 days of the original dates.

3. One of the options is that the company can refund your personal account and +10% of the ticket price. You can use them to buy new tickets, but if one of the passengers is the owner of the personal account where the refund was made.

5. Important. If your flight is from Armenia or back, you need to contact FlyOne Armenia office. The office in Moldova will not be able to help you.
