Those who are interested probably already know, but I will post the information in a separate post.
Bulgaria has stopped issuing multiple entry visas, it was reported in our chat and several visa agents confirmed it to me.
On the website of many agencies and operators that provided the service of obtaining a multiple-entry Bulgarian visa, the options remained to obtain only a single-entry visa. You cannot use it to enter Romania or Cyprus, only Bulgaria.
The visa agents I spoke with expressed hope that this is a temporary measure, perhaps Bulgaria will return to issuing at least double-entry visas.
