Ukraine's President, Volodymyr Zelensky, has called on Russian President, Vladimir Putin, to sit down at the negotiating table.
"I would like to address the President of the Russian Federation once again. The fighting is going on all over Ukraine. Let's sit at the negotiating table to stop the deaths," he said in a newer video message.
"Russia's invasion of Ukraine is not just an invasion, but the beginning of a war against Europe," he pointed out.
Zelensky also appeared to criticize Europe's slow reflexes in sending aid to his country.
"We don't see what you will do," he said, addressing the Europeans.
