According to an announcement, he will meet privately with Foreign Minister Ioannis Kasoulides at noon on Sunday,[/B] followed by extended consultations between the two Ministers in the presence of official delegations.
The discussions are expected to focus, inter alia, on the full range of bilateral relations between Cyprus and Saudi Arabia and the prospects for further strengthening and deepening them, regional developments in the countries of the Eastern Mediterranean region, the Gulf and the wider Middle East, the Cyprus problem, regional developments, EU-Saudi relations, as well as other international issues of common interest.
At the end of the consultations, shortly before 2 p.m., the two Foreign Ministers will make statements to the press.
On Sunday morning, the Saudi Foreign Minister will be received at the Presidential Palace by the President of the Republic of Cyprus.
