Sampling points for rapid testing through the Department of Health program - December 15, 2021
Based on the decisions of the Cabinet of Ministers, and in order to halt the spread of SARS-CoV-2 virus, in places where access requires possession of a SafePass, persons aged 6 years and older must meet one of the following requirements:
- Certificate of complete vaccination.
- Proof that a person has contracted COVID-19 disease in the past 6 months.
- Certificate of a negative rapid test valid for 7 days for persons 6-11 years of age.
- Certificate of a negative PCR or rapid test with a validity of 72 hours for persons 12-18 years of age.
- Certificate of a negative test, PCR with a validity of 72 hours or rapid test with a validity of 48 hours for persons over 18 years of age, and at least one dose of vaccine
Minor persons up to 17 years of age.Children aged 12-17 years who do not have the consent of their parents/legal guardians for vaccination may have a free rapid test through the Ministry of Health's program.- Persons aged 18 years and older, who are unable to undergo vaccination with documentation by a medical certificate, and after their request has been reviewed by the Pancyprian Medical Association and the Ministry of Health and approval has been given, which must be presented to the sampling facility. Pregnant women also fall into this category, provided that they have obtained approval from the ad hoc committee of the PIS.
Persons vaccinated with the 1st dose of the vaccine, for the period required between the 1st and 2nd dose of the vaccine. - For verification purposes, the Vaccination Card should be presented.
People who have completed their vaccination regimen and have gone 7 months without receiving a booster dose - by January 15 when the measure will be reviewed. For verification purposes, the Vaccination Card must be presented.
People who have received a booster dose of the vaccine - but wish to be tested for health monitoring purposes or for other reasons. It is understood that the vaccination card must necessarily be presented.
Persons who hold a certificate of recovery - from COVID-19 within the last 180 days, but wish to be tested for health surveillance purposes or other reasons. It is understood that the certificate of recovery must necessarily be presented.

In addition to the above evidence, it is reminded that all citizens
(e.g., ID card, driver's license, passport, etc.) for identification purposes.For
today Wednesday, 15 December 2021, rapid test sampling units operating through the Ministry of Health's screening program for the above groups of citizens only, will be located at the following locations:
