Unburial or burns are the causes of death, according to the forensic examination carried out on the four bodies recovered from the passenger ferry "Euroferry Olympia", which has been towed to the port of Platygiali, in Etoakarnania.
As the head of the Forensic Department of Patras, Angeliki Tsiola, told the Athenian-Macedonian News Agency, "yesterday and today the forensic examination of the four bodies that were transferred to Patras was completed and it was found that the cause of death was different for each of the bodies."

As he explained, "other bodies were charred and others had iran burns."
Also, he said, "one body was identified and received today for burial, while the other three are unidentifiable."
