Two elderly[/B] accused of indecent exposure to two underage sisters in Volos were sentenced with heavy sentences.
The first incident occurred in 2008 when a 78-year-old neighbor of the girls who, under various pretexts, tricked a 6-year-old girl[/B] and engaged in sexual acts against her. As onlarissa reports, it was stressed in court that this was a person with disabilities.

The prosecutor proposed the guilt of the defendants, who, as the president of the Larissa Mixed Jury Court stressed, were unanimously declared guilty of abusing a minor to resist a sexual act and sexual acts with minors. The 80-year-old man was also found guilty of abuse of minors.
The Court recognized mitigating circumstances for the two men and imposed a total sentence of 8 years to the 78-year-old man and 9 years to the 80-year-old man, while it was decided that the appeal would not have a suspensive character and the two convicted men, due to their old age, would serve the sentence at home.
