Stefanos Tsitsipas[/B] took a great victory over Taylor Fritz yesterday with a 3-2 set and qualified for the "8" of the Australian Open, but the Greek tennis player managed to go viral for another reason.
The top Greek tennis player drew all the attention not because of his great upset against the American tennis player, but for his life-saving intervention in helping a ball girl who was "freezing" in front of a big insect early in the fifth set.
In fact, Tsitsipas not only chose to save the frightened girl from the insect and leave his match for a while, but also made sure not to kill it by putting it on his racket and removing it from the court, with the ATP Tour's official Twitter page praising him.
