Russians occupied the town of Berdyansk

According to Mayor Alexander Svidlo, who posted his statement on Facebook and which was carried by the BBC, Russian troops, who had been in the city since Sunday afternoon, entered the city hall at 20:00.
"The Russians informed us that all the administrative buildings were under their control and that they were taking control of the executive committee building," the mayor noted."
Berdyansk of about 100.000 Ukrainians is located on the Black Sea, and there is a small naval base in it.
