Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba denounces a second kidnapping of a Ukrainian mayor.
According to the Ukrainian Foreign Minister, Russian forces kidnapped the mayor of the town of Dniprorudne, in the south of the country.
Yevhen Matveyev thus became, according to the Ukrainians, the second mayor kidnapped by Russian troops in three days, after the mayor of Melitopol who was reportedly kidnapped on Friday and Moscow replaced him with a pro-Russian deputy.

Kuleba said "Russian war criminals" kidnapped Matveyev.
"Since they have no local support, the invaders are turning to terrorism. I call on all countries to stop Russian terrorism against Ukraine and its democracies," the Ukrainian foreign minister added.
