"We also have our kite here, unfortunately we cannot fly it for security reasons"
Tasos Tsiamis went out with an Olympiacos kite this morning at the central square of Kiev.
The Greek who lives in Kiev has become the face of the war in Ukraine both for his social media posts and for his reports on TV channels, also helping journalists who have travelled to Kiev to report developments.
About 45 minutes after Russia announced a ceasefire, he took an Olympiacos kite and walked out of his office located in the center of the capital, sending a message to his friends.
"Good morning from Kiev, happy birthday to everyone. We have our kite here too, unfortunately we can't fly it for security reasons. Happy birthday to you all, happy birthday to Greece and everything will go well," he said.
