Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmitry Kuleba called for an extraordinary meeting of the signatories of the 2011 Vienna Document on Sunday.
Kiev calls for a meeting of signatories to the 2011 Vienna Document on confidence- and security-building measures, including Russia, Ukrainian Foreign Minister announced in the shadow of Biden's warning to Moscow.
In a Twitter post, Dmytro Kuleba wrote: "Russia did not respond to our request for the Vienna Document. We are taking the next step. Ukraine is convening a meeting with the Russian Federation and all participating states within the next 48 hours to discuss the reinforcement and movement of Russian Federation troops along our border and in temporarily occupied Crimea. If Russia takes its words about the indivisibility of security in the OSCE area seriously, it must fulfil its obligations of military transparency in order to de-escalate tensions and enhance security for all."
