The 21-year-old climber who was missing in a mountainous area of the community of Katarrachti in Tzoumerka was found unconscious in a difficult gorge.

According to information from climbers in the area of the Tzoumerka shelter, the young man was found by his father and two other people who were next to him.

The young man was picked up by an EKSED helicopter.

The young man had started earlier today together with other people for mountaineering skiing in a mountainous area near Katarraktis.

Further to an earlier message, a man was pulled unconscious from a cliff in the mountainous area of the community of Katarraktis in Tzoumerka, Epirus, and was picked up by an EKSED helicopter.
