A serious traffic accident occurred in the early hours of the morning in Nicosia.
According to police, at around 01.30, under circumstances under investigation, a motorcycle collided with a car in Griva Digeni.
The 24-year-old driver and the 17-year-old passenger were injured in the collision.
Both were taken by ambulance to the hospital.
Members of the traffic police immediately arrived at the scene where they are investigating the causes of the accident.
