New testimonies that can overturn the data "Key" the results of toxicological tests expected in the immediate future In two fronts the police investigation

New dimensions seem to take the case of the rape complaint of Georgia Bika in a well-known hotel in Thessaloniki, as a new testimony reportedly turns the facts upside down and highlights a new dimension in this very complicated story, in which many people are involved.

According to a report by makthes.gr, two other witnesses, people who were in the hotel room on the night of New Year's Eve, approached the lawyer of the last witness who testified to the authorities what he saw and expressed their intention to testify to the authorities what happened.

Apart from the alleged perpetrators, whom Georgia Bika has accused of rape, there were more than 17 people in the hotel room that night.

The testimony that turns the facts upside down

The testimony of the last witness to the authorities complicates things even more, as it presents a diametrically opposite version of what Georgia Bika has accused. As the witness's lawyer, Thanos Karatsioli, stated, "y the way, my client was in the suite throughout the party. It presents a different reality. He says he saw the 24-year-old when he returned to the hotel and, as he claims, he did not see her in the poor condition he mentions." "He did not see anything strange at the party or anything related to illegal acts," the lawyer added.

As for the two people who were at the party, according to the same sources, they have approached Thanos Karatsioli and have indicated their desire to testify.

The two people, who were invited to the same party as 24-year-old Georgia, allegedly recount what happened at dawn on New Year's Day, also presenting significant differences in relation to the narrative of the complainant.

The interrogation for this complex case, which is turning into a thriller, is said to have a long way to go, as on the one hand there are many witnesses who were at the infamous party and on the other hand, the results of the toxicological tests, which are expected possibly even on Friday, but by Monday at the latest, will play a decisive role.

Once again in the interrogator's office the professor of forensic and toxicology, Nikos Rykos

Once again on Thursday the professor of forensic and toxicology of the Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Nikos Rykos, was in the office of the 5th regular interrogator. He did not deliver the file with the results of the toxicological tests of the 24-year-old woman, but was at the courthouse for information.

According to information, the file with the results of the tests is expected to be delivered on Friday morning.

The investigation of the judicial authorities continues on two fronts.

In this context, the alleged organizer of the party testified today, who, however, appears to have denied it.
