A road accident occurred on the Nicosia-Larnaca highway.
According to police shortly after 9am today, under circumstances under investigation, a lorry overturned on the Nicosia-Larnaca motorway, near the Oroklini exit, resulting in ending up in the ditch on the left side of the road.
As a result of the collision, the truck driver appears to have sustained minor injuries and was driven to hospital by ambulance for necessary tests.
Traffic at the scene was unaffected.
