A tragedy unfolded at dawn on Ash Wednesday in Thessaloniki, as a woman and her two children were trapped in the flames and burned to death.
Specifically, according to thesstoday and the Fire Brigade, the bodies of three people were found during the extinguishing of a fire in a detached house on Chrysostomou Smyrnis Street in the municipality of Thessaloniki Delta. 12 firefighters with 4 vehicles operated at the scene.
They were a woman and two children aged 7 and 11 who were found charred during the fire extinguishing operation by the Fire Service forces.
The bodies of three people were found during firefighting operations at a detached house on Chrysostomou Smyrnis Street in the municipality of Delta Thessaloniki.
